The sign-up process and getting started process could not be easier. Once you sign-up for a package through our checkout system, you will be prompted to fill out a form to answer some general questions about your website. Once you submit that, our team will get to work on your first months SEO deliverables.
Using our proprietary backend dashboard, you'll be able to keep track of all the tasks our team is working on. You'll also receive email updates when a task is completed so you can visit your dashboard and download the task report.
If you ever have any questions, you can always submit a support ticket to our team.
Absolutely not! One of our core principals at Bold City Marketing is no contracts. We provide realistic time frames for when you should start seeing results and we hope that you will see the process through so we can share in the accomplishments. However, if you ever decide to cancel your plan, you're always welcome to do so.

This depends on the package you purchase as well as the state of your current website. Websites that already have some organic ranking with Google will start to rise faster than sites that were recently launched or were recently penalized.

SEO is an ongoing process as it is always important to be keeping up with search engine algorithm changes as well as generating new SEO friendly content.
The results from stopping SEO will not be immediately felt. You own all the work we do and the rankings we built for your will remain after cancellation.
However, as time goes by if somebody is not actively working on SEO on your site or generating new content, you'll likely drop in rankings and be passed by a competitor who is.
Absolutely not. We've been doing this for a while and over time we've perfected our plan offerings to provide maximum benefit to small business owners. By consolidating those offerings into three set plans, we've been able to automate many of our internal processes and essentially turn SEO work into an 'assembly line'. This has produced an incredible cost savings on our end while still maintaining our high standards of work. We're happy to pass along those savings to our clients.
Yes, you can do so at any time. You'll submit a support ticket to our team who will take care of that for you. The new plan will take effect on your next renewal date.

We'll pick the best keywords for you to target after performing our keyword research. Depending on your market conditions, some clients may have a larger target keyword count and some may be smaller.
No, using a special HTML called the canonical tag we're able to tell Google & other search engines that this is a copy of the original content and show where the original content can be found (your website). While it is the same content being posted to two places, we're providing the proper Onpage SEO so Google knows the master source and thus avoid any penalties.
